01The boring part

The problem

Each new client or region needed the same HubSpot workflows with different conditions, fields and email templates. Someone rebuilt them by hand, click by click, hundreds of times.

02What we built

The fix.

  • Exports every published workflow as full JSON through the HubSpot Workflows API
  • One job file per client describes what to swap: fields, values, IDs and cloned email templates
  • A dry run shows every change before anything is created
  • Sandbox-first, safe to re-run without duplicates, new workflows created switched off, every change logged
